i served these berry smoothie pops to all the kids this morning as a starter while i was working on lemon pancakes for brunch.
you need:
1 cup of orange juice (not from concentrate)
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk
20g flax seeds
2 cups frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
how to:
blend everything in a high speed blender and pour directly into popsicle molds. freeze for min. 4 hours.
