i know i have not been treating my body very nice lately. it seems like the more i work, the less i take care of myself. something you can relate to?

this weekend i made a promise to myself about getting back into my routines of drinking one glas of lemon water first thing in the morning, taking one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day, a face mask once a week, running 2-3 times a week and finally i want to start reading a new book (and this book has been waiting for me for quite some time now).
